The Skywood Acres Neighborhood in the Santa Cruz Mountains was out of power for 5 days. They still do not have communications services from Comcast or AT&T, since March 21st, which is vital here as they also provide land line telephone service. Without this, these residents will not be able to get vital information in the upcoming storm.
