As of this writing there has been no update to the Caltrans website regarding the slide since 03-24-2023. You can see the orthomosaic from 04-09-2023 with the highlighted areas next to the orthomosaic from 04-16-2023. There has been no new work on the slide. The barrels pictures in the gallery below were there on 04-09-2023. The slide itself does not look appreciably different from the last observation on 03-25-2023 or 04-09-2023.
If Caltrans was “waiting for the slide to stabilize”, one must wonder what they are waiting for…
